How do I find my Model, Stock, and Serial numbers?

For rack mount systems, please look for a label at the rear part of the unit.

For desktop systems, please look for a label in the front part of the unit.

For portable systems, please look for a label in front of the units white box.

If you have purchased our product recently, we have included additional labels inside your "Getting Started" package. Please place these extra labels where they can be easily viewed. We may ask for this information when you contact us.

Find Serial in GenCG or GenLock VGA

You can also find the serial number in the GenCG or GenlockVGA software and drivers. To do so, please go through the following steps.

GenCG

1. Turn the system on and double click the GenCG icon.

2. When GenCG opens, simply click on Help at the top.

3. Now click on About GenCG. Your serial number is located on top of the GenlockVGA window between "[SN: _____ ]

1. Turn the system on and double click the GenCG icon

2. When GenCG opens, press "Tools" at the top.

3. Now press "GenlockVGA Control". Your serial number is located on top of the GenlockVGA window between "[SN: _____ ]
